On April 4th, the transportation industry in Iloilo City witnessed a monumental change with the launch of PANAY CARD, hosted by the Metro Iloilo Transport Service Cooperative (MITSCOOP) in Brgy. Tagbak Jaro. The project allows commuters to pay for their rides seamlessly and securely through a cashless payment system using a single card across all MITSCOOP bus lines in the city.
