Responsible for maintaining and improving the functionality of a company's backend systems, such as databases, servers, and applications. They work with other technical teams to ensure that these systems are running smoothly and securely, and they troubleshoot any issues. They also collaborate with front-end developers to ensure their applications integrate effectively with the backend. Additionally, they monitor system performance and implement changes to improve efficiency and performance.

Duties and Responsibilities
