A Step Towards Better Transportation

Naga City Allied Transport Cooperative (NACIATRASCO) has set a new standard for public transportation in Naga City with the launch of their modern Public Utility Vehicles (PUVs). On March 17, 2023, NACIATRASCO unveiled their 10 Forland units equipped with advanced technology, making significant strides towards providing better and more efficient services to their passengers.

Nfinite IT Solutions Services Inc., headed by Mr. Choi Granadillos, provided orientation and training on the IOV technologies integrated into modern PUVs, recognizing the importance of equipping their members with the necessary knowledge and skills to operate the new PUVs seamlessly.

The introduction of the Automated Fare Collection System (AFCS) is a turning point for public transportation, providing a safer and more convenient way for passengers to pay their fares. The AFCS eliminates the need for cash transactions, allowing passengers to pay their fares easily using cashless cards, reducing transaction time, and minimizing contact with drivers and other passengers.

NACIATRASCO's commitment to providing better services to the community was featured on GMA Regional TV, showcasing the successful launching of modern PUVs and the cashless payment system. The introduction of these new units signifies the cooperative's dedication to upgrading their services, improving their operations, and adapting to the changing needs of the community.

NACIATRASCO has achieved a remarkable milestone as the first cooperative to have modern jeepneys, which sets the benchmark for the modernization of Naga City's transportation sector. This achievement demonstrates the cooperative's determination to provide high-quality and sustainable transportation services that cater to the evolving needs of the community. With their commitment to innovation, NACIATRASCO is well on its way to becoming a model for other transport cooperatives in Naga City.

The modernization of their PUVs is a significant step towards a more efficient and sustainable public transportation system. By utilizing Nfinite’s advanced technology, NACIATRASCO will not only improve the quality of service but also reduce the carbon footprint of their operations. The integration of IOV technologies in the new units allows for better monitoring, tracking, and management of the vehicles, ensuring their safety and security. The cooperative's efforts in modernizing their PUVs reflect their commitment to creating a better future for their passengers and the environment.
